PROCESSING TIME
Please allow a turnaround time of 7-21 days. This includes processing time, creation of wigs, and shipping to you!
Processing time for: Hair Extensions (bundles and lace), lace wigs, U part wigs, and seamless clip-in extensions 7-10 business days. HAIR IS NOT ON HAND.
Wig Construction, Custom Wigs, and Wig Maintenance services have a processing period of 7-21 days.
SHIPPING TIME:
Turnaround time for Ready to Ship Units takes about 1-3 business days. Please understand that delays may occur.
Bundle Deals, Lace, Lace Wigs, Seamless Clip-ins, and U Part Wigs shipping time: 7-10 business days. HAIR IS NOT ON HAND. Shipment is made directly to you VIA DHL and Fedex for a super speedy delivery!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please ensure that your address is correct and thoroughly entered prior to placing order. Shipping and billing address must match when submitting your order. By accepting the terms and conditions, this means that you have thoroughly read our policy, are aware of your order being placed, your card being charged, are consenting to the fulfillment of your order/service, and agreeing that you are the authorized card user for your purchase.
LOST PACKAGES
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS office. If you are experiencing any issues with receiving your package AFTER SHIPMENT, please contact USPS.
HIGH RISK ORDERS
If your order has been detected as high risk for fraud, your ordered may be proned to cancellation. For larger orders ($1,000+), proof of identification must be sent in order to fulfill the order. Information must be accurate and you must confirm time/date of purchase via email. Name on ID must match name on order. Photo must be clear and visible.
If we are unable to confirm your identity, or need further information we will alert you via email. Orders may be prone to cancellation if failure to confirm.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment methods include: Shoppay, Zippay, Klarna, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash only. Cash payments require the FULL PAYMENT OF SERVICE.

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Once hair has been manipulated, wig has been worn, lace has been cut, or hair has been installed, we cannot issue a refund. Please read our policy thoroughly in order to prevent any mishaps. In the event of any mishaps (damages, incorrect item), please contact me via EMAIL so that we may accommodate to your needs and come to a resolution. We will work effortlessly to accommodate my customers.
RETURN POLICY
Customers have a 7 DAY window to return the unit and request a refund after the unit/hair has been delivered/dropped off. Wig must be in same condition as received. Refunds will not be issued until we have received the unit upon its return and have conducted a full evaluation on the unit. 7 DAY WINDOW BEGINS THE DAY YOU RECEIVE YOUR UNIT. THIS INCLUDES THE RETURNING(IF LOCAL) OR SHIPMENT(OUT OF STATE) OF THE UNIT TO ME, INCLUDING A TRACKING NUMBER.) AFTER THE 7 DAY WINDOW HAS PASSED, I AM UNABLE TO ISSUE YOU A REFUND. LE CHARME WIG COLLECTION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING RETURN FEES.
UPON ARRIVAL OF WIG
Understand that all wigs may need to be restyled after you have received it. Due to the use of a wig net, the wigs tend to take the shape of the net and will not appear 100% as the image shown. Lace will need to be tinted with foundation makeup or a lace tinting spray especially for our transparent lace wigs. Wigs are often restyled, especially curls (recurled) prior to shipment/delivery. Our units are still beautiful and quality units but please beware of this.
***Le Charme Wig Collection has the right to refuse and turn away service due to misconduct, disrespect, threatening behavior, negative behavior, poor hair quality provided, theft, or infraction of store policy.**
WIG SIZING
Please ensure all measurements are accurate. For lace wigs, pleasure ensure you choose the correct sizing. For accurate measurements, be sure your braids are flat and small or your head is completely flat (i.e. ponytail). I will not be held responsible if inaccurate measurements are taken and wig cap is too big/small.
