How do I take my measurements for a custom wig unit?
Please follow the chart below to properly input measurements. If measurements are not taken properly, we will not issue a refund due to improper measurement taking.

How long can my wig last?
All units are constructed with 100% Virgin Human hair. With proper care and maintenance, your unit can last you 1-3 years.
Do we offer local pickup/drop off?
Yes, local pickups are available who would like any wig available on hand. Please select Pick Up at checkout and send a text to 305-501-3511 including order number to schedule a local meeting point for drop off and pick up.
Can the wig be dyed, curled, straightened, and bleached?
Yes. Our wigs are constructed with 100% Virgin Human Hair.
Do you provide hair or do I need to provide the hair?
We offer both services in which we can provide the hair and the customer is welcome to provide their own hair for construction services. When providing hair from another company, we cannot guarantee that the hair will style and bleach correctly or that the knots may lift correctly. Once the unit is in your possession, Le Charme will not be held accountable and how you maintain it.
How long does shipping take?
We offer Priority Mail, and Priority Express Mail with USPS. Shipping time varies depending on the selection of choice. An email will be sent directly to you with a tracking number.
I provided the wrong address! What can I do?
If you provided the wrong shipping address to your order please send us an email immediately to email@example.com including your full name, order number, and correct shipping address.
Are your wigs glueless?
Our units, both closures and frontal, are 100% glueless. The use of an adhesive is optional. All wigs come with comb(s) and an adjustable elastic band for security. Units comes plucked, bleached, styled, and are ready to wear.
Do you offer installation services?
Unfortunately, wig installation services are not offered at Le Charme.
Not a fan of the wig. Can I get a refund?
If wig has not been worn, lace has not been cut, and unit has not been manipulated, a refund can be issued. You have a window of 7 days upon wig being delivered. Refunds will not be issued until we have received the unit upon its return and have conducted a full evaluation on the unit. If everything is in the clear, a refund will be issued within 24hrs upon receiving the unit.
